Working on this beautiful townhouse in Holland Park was an absolute pleasure. With its impressive 3.5-metre ceilings and intricate original coving throughout, the property already possessed wonderful architectural character. The aim of the project was to refresh and modernise the interiors while preserving the elegance and charm of the period features.
The brief involved a full redesign and furnishing of the main living spaces, including two reception rooms, the hallway, kitchen and dining area. Each space was carefully considered to create a cohesive interior scheme that felt both sophisticated and welcoming for everyday living.
We also designed bespoke alcove joinery for the TV room, providing stylish storage solutions that complemented the architecture of the room while maximising functionality. To complete the design, all of the windows throughout the home were dressed with a combination of bespoke curtains and blinds, introducing softness and an added layer of refinement to the interiors.
The result is a beautifully balanced home that blends classic period details with a contemporary and comfortable aesthetic.
